Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our real estate company. The ideal candidate will possess fluent English communication skills and demonstrate a professional attitude. This role is open to fresh graduates who are eager to start their careers in a dynamic and supportive environment. The position requires working onsite at our Shahrah-e-Faisal office, with shifts scheduled from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective customer support to clients and prospects.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to real estate services professionally.
- Maintain clear and courteous communication with customers both verbally and in writing.
- Utilize basic computer skills to manage customer data and support documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required Qualifications:
- Fluent spoken and written English is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with common office software.
- Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to the specified working hours.
