This role is focused on the daily management and upkeep of a large product catalogue across Amazon and other marketplaces within a branded resale and wholesale business model. The primary objective is to ensure listing accuracy, compliance, pricing updates, and smooth operational execution. This position is highly execution-driven, reporting directly to the Marketplace Team Lead, with an emphasis on catalogue maintenance rather than brand development or marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Listings & Catalogue Management
Manage and maintain a high volume of product listings on Amazon, eBay, and the company’s Magento-based website. Ensure that all listings are accurate, complete, compliant with marketplace policies, and correctly priced using existing brand assets. Regularly update product titles, bullet points, specifications, attributes, and pricing as required. Perform bulk listing updates using flat files and structured templates. Monitor and promptly resolve listing suppressions, errors, and missing attributes. Maintain a high level of accuracy to avoid errors that could lead to listing suppressions, pricing discrepancies, or loss of Buy Box eligibility.
Amazon Seller Central Operations
Work daily within Amazon Seller Central to manage listings and catalogue issues. Raise and manage support cases with Amazon Seller Support related to listings, catalogue, and FBA concerns. Support Account Health by addressing listing-level violations and warnings as assigned. Escalate complex or unclear issues to the Marketplace Team Lead rather than making unilateral decisions.
Inventory & Returns Support
Assist with FBA-related listing tasks, including SKU setup, resolving stranded inventory, and correcting listing-related FBA errors. Monitor returns-related listing issues and escalate recurring problems when necessary.
Cross-Platform Execution
Ensure consistency in listings and pricing across Amazon, eBay, and Magento platforms. Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational processes to maintain catalogue stability and accuracy.
Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory. Candidates should have 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon listings, preferably with large or complex catalogues. Strong, daily working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central is essential. Experience working with flat files, bulk uploads, and listing templates is required. A basic understanding of Amazon listing policies and compliance requirements is necessary. Proficiency in MS Excel and good written and verbal communication skills in English are important. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and focused on execution.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience managing eBay listings and familiarity with Magento-based e-commerce platforms are advantageous. Previous experience working within a branded resale or wholesale Amazon model is preferred. The monthly salary range for this position is Rs100,000 to Rs160,000. The role requires in-person attendance. The application process includes a question to assess spoken English proficiency.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic marketplace environment, focusing on operational excellence and catalogue accuracy across multiple sales channels.
