Customer Service Representative

Rebel Alpha is seeking a motivated and adaptable Client Support & Creative Operations Associate to join their team in Lahore. This full-time position offers a hybrid/on-site work environment and is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with customers while also contributing creatively and operationally within a growing organization. The role involves a blend of customer support, client onboarding, content creation, and internal project assistance. While the customer support volume is currently low, the position requires active involvement in content writing, basic video editing, and creating visual assets. Candidates do not need prior professional experience but should possess strong English communication skills, a willingness to learn quickly, and the ability to effectively utilize AI tools to enhance their work.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a courteous and professional manner.
- Assist in onboarding new clients by explaining next steps and coordinating follow-ups with internal teams.
- Write and refine content for customer communications, social media platforms, and internal documentation.
- Edit short videos and create simple visual assets using accessible software tools.
- Utilize AI tools to research, brainstorm, draft, and improve content, ensuring accuracy and quality in all outputs.
- Support various internal projects by organizing information and completing assigned operational tasks.
- Proactively suggest ideas to enhance customer experience, content quality, and daily processes.

Required Qualifications
- Clear and easy-to-understand spoken English with strong written communication skills.
