Customer Service Representative

YourPower Labs (Pvt.) Ltd., a leading AI and geospatial technology company, is seeking an experienced Operations & Delivery Manager to oversee its solar roof data operations for the UK market. Based in Lahore at Al Hafeez Executive, Gulberg III, this full-time, on-site role offers a competitive monthly salary of PKR 150,000. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing international client relationships, coordinating the annotation team, ensuring quality standards, and taking full ownership of project delivery to meet client expectations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage communication and expectations with UK-based clients to maintain strong professional relationships.
- Lead and coordinate the solar roof annotation team, ensuring smooth workflow and collaboration.
- Plan projects by assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion.
- Oversee quality assurance processes and review final deliverables to maintain high standards.
- Track team productivity and overall operational performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement workflow enhancements to increase efficiency.
- Ensure accurate and on-time delivery of projects to clients.
- Report regularly on project progress, risks, and outcomes to company leadership.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in operations, project management, or client delivery roles.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong leadership capabilities with proven people-management experience.
- Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience working with international clients, preferably in a similar industry.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and meticulous attention to detail.
