Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a confident and professional Customer Service Representative to join our expanding team in Lahore. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with UK-based clients and candidates within an established UK recruitment company that has over 22 years of industry experience. The position is office-based in Defence Phase 4, Lahore, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM PKT. Fluency in spoken English and the confidence to engage with UK clients over the phone are essential for success in this role. You will play a vital role in maintaining strong client relationships and supporting the recruitment process in an international business environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as a primary point of contact for UK clients and candidates, representing the company with professionalism and excellent customer service.
- Contact UK-based clients to discuss their requirements, respond to inquiries, and maintain ongoing professional relationships.
- Communicate effectively with clients and candidates via telephone and email.
- Conduct follow-up calls as needed to ensure client and candidate satisfaction.
- Handle inquiries promptly, providing clear, helpful, and professional responses.
- Build rapport and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders.
- Keep accurate records of calls, communications, and follow-up actions.
- Support the recruitment team with daily coordination and administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications

- Fluent spoken English is absolutely essential.
- Confidence in speaking with UK-based clients and candidates over the phone.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional telephone manner combined with strong customer service skills.
- Friendly and proactive personality with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work full-time from the Defence Phase 4, Lahore office during the specified hours.
