DK Digital Solutions is looking for a dedicated Chat Support Agent to join our customer service team. In this role, you will engage with customers through online chat, providing timely and effective assistance to ensure a positive experience. Your contributions will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting sales growth. This position requires working night shifts and demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service quality.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and escalate complex matters when necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering consistent and helpful support.
- Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- At least 1 year of experience in chat support or a related customer service role.
- Strong typing skills with good speed and accuracy.
- Ability to work night shifts from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM consistently.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Prior experience specifically in chat or customer support is a plus.
- Competitive salary ranging from PKR 30,000 to 40,000 per month, plus commission on sales.
- Full-time position with working days from Wednesday to Sunday; Monday and Tuesday off.
