Customer Service Representative - US Dispatch Operation

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Logistics Dispatch Executive to join our team on a full-time, onsite basis with rotational shifts. This role requires coordinating and scheduling truck drivers to ensure timely pick-ups and deliveries, primarily during nighttime hours. The successful candidate will act as a vital communication link between drivers, customers, and internal departments to maintain smooth and efficient transportation operations. The position is based in Karachi at PECHS Block 6, near Delhi Sweet on Shahrah-e-Faisal, and involves working six days a week with one weekly off, as determined by management.

Key Responsibilities

- Schedule and dispatch drivers for pick-ups and deliveries efficiently.
- Monitor driver locations and progress using dispatch software to ensure timely operations.
- Maintain continuous communication with drivers, customers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth workflows.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during transportation.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of routes, schedules, and customer interactions.
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies and relevant transportation regulations.
- Provide high-quality customer service and support throughout the dispatch process.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in truck dispatching or a related logistics role.
- Proficiency in using dispatching software and related tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in both spoken and written English.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and maintain a customer service-oriented approach.

- Experience working in rotational shifts, particularly during night hours, is advantageous.
- Competitive salary range between Rs. 70,000 to 90,000, depending on the candidate’s profile.
