Customer Service Representative - US Last Mile Operations

We are seeking a dedicated Last Mile Operations Executive to join our team in Karachi, located at PECHS Block 6, Shahrah-e-Faisal. This role involves supporting and optimizing delivery operations specifically for our US-based clients. The successful candidate will have practical experience in logistics, particularly last-mile delivery, and demonstrate strong coordination skills along with excellent English communication. The position requires working in rotational shifts and offers a competitive salary based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with drivers to efficiently manage pickup and delivery schedules.
- Oversee the daily operations of the delivery center to ensure smooth workflow.
- Address and resolve delivery-related issues, delays, and escalations in a timely manner.
- Plan routes effectively and manage load distribution to maximize operational efficiency.
- Support the onboarding process for 1099 delivery drivers as needed.
- Monitor load management to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.

Required Qualifications

- 1 to 3 years of experience in US logistics or last-mile operations.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work rotational shifts (4:30 PM – 1:30 AM and 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.

This position offers a salary range of PKR 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience. The role requires working six days a week with one weekly off.
