Schengen Visa Consultant (UK-Based Campaign)

Company: Mr Travellers Location: Burj Al Syed Plaza, Mughalpura, Ramgarh, Lahore.

Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Salary: Based on experience (Basic Salary + Commission)

Job Description Mr Travellers is looking for a motivated and results-driven Schengen Visa Consultant to join our UK-based inbound campaign. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to guide clients through the Schengen visa consultancy process. Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and respond to client inquiries regarding Schengen visa services.
Provide accurate information and guidance about visa requirements and application procedures.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable consultancy services.
Maintain professional communication and build strong client relationships.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to campaign performance.

Requirements

Fluent in English, with strong verbal communication skills.
At least 1 year of experience in a call centre or consultancy environment is preferred.
Experience in Schengen visa consultancy will be a strong advantage.
Prior experience handling inbound calls and client inquiries is preferred.
Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
