CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES (CSR) Evening shift 6PM-onwards (Fresh-Experienced)

The Diligence Network is seeking energetic, confident, and motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives (CSRs). This office-based role is located near Millennium Mall, Karachi, and offers an excellent opportunity for fresh candidates, university undergraduates, and experienced professionals to develop communication skills, gain practical corporate experience, and earn while learning on a legitimate campaign. The position operates on a fixed evening shift from 6:00 PM to 12:30 AM, with a competitive earning potential ranging from PKR 40,000 to 70,000 per month. Training will be provided to all hired candidates to ensure success in the role.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with new and existing customers through outbound calls and emails.
- Follow up with customers and maintain effective communication to support business development and customer engagement.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional and courteous interactions.
- Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Maintain a positive, energetic, and customer-focused approach in all communications.

Required Qualifications
- Education: Intermediate, O/A Levels, Bachelor’s degree, or currently enrolled university students.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- A confident, energetic, and enthusiastic personality with strong listening and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to accept feedback, learn quickly, and work toward performance goals.
- Willingness and ability to commute conveniently to the office near Millennium Mall, Karachi.
- Basic knowledge of BPO operations is preferred but not mandatory.
