Customer Service Sales Representative

Simply Connect is seeking enthusiastic and motivated sales representatives to join our US Telecom team. This full-time, onsite position is based in PECHS Block 6, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, and operates during the night shift. The role focuses on engaging customers via phone to promote and sell internet, wireless, and TV services, ensuring a positive and professional customer experience throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers over the phone to understand their needs and preferences.
- Recommend and sell appropriate internet, wireless, and TV service packages tailored to customer requirements.
- Address customer inquiries, effectively handle objections, and successfully close sales.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills to effectively engage with customers.
- A sales-driven mindset with strong objection-handling abilities.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with US telecom campaigns is considered an advantage.
