Global Edge Outsourcing is seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives for an outbound sales campaign focused on final expense insurance. In this role, you will engage with US-based customers by making outbound calls, using an approved script to qualify prospects, and transferring interested and eligible customers to licensed agents who finalize the sale. This position requires strong communication skills, a target-driven mindset, and the ability to work night shifts aligned with US hours. The role is based on-site in Rawalpindi and offers opportunities for career growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US customers following a structured script.
- Initiate conversations to build customer interest and effectively qualify prospects based on age, existing coverage, decision-making authority, and basic eligibility criteria.
- Warm-transfer qualified customers directly to licensed agents while remaining on the line.
- Professionally handle common objections using approved rebuttals to maintain customer engagement.
- Accurately log every call with the appropriate disposition code.
- Consistently meet daily targets for the number of calls made, qualified leads generated, and successful transfers.
- Adhere strictly to all compliance guidelines and regulations during every customer interaction.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of sales experience, preferably in a call center, telesales, or BPO environment.
- Fluent spoken English with a clear, US-understandable accent.
- Confident and engaging phone presence.
- Basic computer proficiency to manage call logging and related tasks.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts aligned with US time zones.
- Strong focus on targets, punctuality, and openness to coaching and feedback.
