Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Specialist based in Lahore to support our USA-based clients throughout their packaging projects. This role involves managing inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing product information, processing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving issues efficiently. The specialist will collaborate closely with sales, design, and production teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Working according to USA business hours, the ideal candidate will maintain accurate customer records, monitor service quality, and proactively enhance the customer experience by identifying improvement opportunities. Strong professionalism, attention to detail, and a focus on building lasting client relationships are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and communicate effectively with USA-based clients
- Handle sales inquiries, quotations, follow-ups, negotiations, production, and shipment coordination
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Understand customer packaging requirements and coordinate appropriate solutions
- Generate new sales leads and convert prospects into customers
- Work according to USA time zones and business hours

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year sales experience, preferably in packaging, printing, or manufacturing industries
- Proven experience in packaging is mandatory
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Strong negotiation and client management abilities
- Confident, professional, and target-driven approach
- Experience working with USA clients is highly advantageous
- Ability to work night shifts aligned with USA time zones (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
- Ability to work on-site in Lahore (Garden Town, Barkat Market)
