Customer Services Officer

We are looking for a professional and courteous Front Desk Concierge to join our team at a busy shopping mall. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors by assisting with inquiries and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage customer concerns effectively, and coordination with various mall departments to ensure smooth daily operations. The role operates on a roster basis, including weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional front desk and concierge services to mall visitors.
- Assist customers by providing directions, answering questions, and sharing general information about the mall.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly while maintaining high service standards.
- Collaborate with mall management, security teams, and tenants to support seamless customer service.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and prepare reports as needed.
- Ensure the concierge desk and lobby area are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Foster a friendly, approachable, and customer-focused environment for all visitors.
- Work according to a roster schedule that includes weekends and public holidays.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service or concierge role, ideally within retail or hospitality sectors.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional when handling customer complaints.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency for record-keeping and reporting tasks.
