Customer Services Representative

This role involves engaging with potential clients and members through both inbound and outbound calls to promote The Hive’s coworking spaces. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads by clearly communicating the unique value propositions of our offerings. Providing accurate information regarding services, pricing, and availability is essential, along with assisting in scheduling tours and meetings in coordination with the Community and Sales teams. Delivering excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly is a key part of the position. Additionally, the role includes conducting feedback calls for both lost and won leads to gather insights that help improve service quality and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with potential clients and members effectively.
- Generate leads by articulating the benefits and value of The Hive’s coworking spaces.
- Provide detailed and accurate information about services, pricing, and availability to prospective clients.
- Assist in scheduling tours and meetings for potential clients with the Community and Sales teams.
- Deliver excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, complaints, and resolving issues.
- Conduct feedback calls for leads, whether lost or won, to collect valuable insights for enhancing service and sales approaches.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
