  • Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that customer feel supported and valued.
  • Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed.
  • Work closely with other team members based on trust and reliability.
  • Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
  • Better understanding of company products and services
  • Must be able to handle computer proficiently along with strong typing skills.
  • Good Time Management skills between calls so that every caller could be addressed without exceptional waiting time,
  • Must be fluent in Urdu and English Language.
