Customer Services Specialist - International

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Customer Experience (CX) professional who can effectively engage with customers and resolve their concerns with empathy and efficiency. In this role, you will be the key point of contact when customers face challenges or grievances that require expert handling. Your ability to communicate clearly and build strong relationships will help enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to a positive brand experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to provide accurate information and address inquiries, concerns, and requests related to products or services.
- Collaborate with customers to build trust and strengthen service competitiveness.
- Communicate updates to customers, track issues, and ensure timely resolution of service-related problems.
- Maintain a positive customer experience that supports high Quality Assurance (QA) scores.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum education level of O Levels/Matric or above.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to speak with an American or neutral accent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
- Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid CNIC.
