Customer Success Specialist

Techsol IT is looking for motivated professionals to join as International Sales & Customer Success Specialists based in Karachi. This role focuses on supporting US-based clients via calls and chats, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. The position operates on a night shift starting at 6:00 AM and offers a competitive salary along with performance-based commissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of calls and chat interactions from US customers, providing timely and effective responses.
- Accurately convey information and troubleshoot customer concerns to achieve resolution.
- Deliver professional and empathetic customer service that enhances client satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM systems and other support software to document and track customer interactions efficiently.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills with a clear American accent are essential.
- Minimum education requirement is Matric/O Levels; a Bachelor’s degree is considered an advantage.
- Candidates must be 18 years or older with basic computer proficiency, including MS Office skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred but not mandatory. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- The role offers a base salary of Rs. 100,000 with additional commission on sales, resulting in an average take-home pay ranging from Rs. 130,000 to Rs. 150,000 depending on performance and contribution to the team.
