Customer Success Specialist

Techsol IT is looking for motivated individuals to join as International Sales & Customer Success Specialists based in Karachi. This role involves supporting US-based clients primarily through calls and chats, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The position operates on a night shift starting at 6:00 AM to align with US time zones. Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of customer calls and chats from the United States, delivering timely and effective solutions.
- Respond accurately to customer inquiries and troubleshoot various issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Provide professional, empathetic service to build and sustain positive customer relationships.
- Use CRM and other support software efficiently to document and track all customer interactions.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills with a clear American accent are essential.
- Minimum education requirement is Matriculation/O Levels; a Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred but not mandatory.

This full-time role is based on Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi, with 20 openings available. The shift begins at 6:00 AM, ensuring seamless support for US clients. The base salary is Rs. 100,000, with commission-based earnings potentially increasing total monthly compensation to between Rs. 130,000 and Rs. 150,000, depending on individual performance.
