Customer Success Specialist

Techsol IT is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join as International Sales & Customer Success Specialists based in Karachi. This role primarily involves supporting US-based clients through calls and chats, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a superior customer experience. The position operates on a night shift starting at 6:00 AM and offers a competitive salary structure that includes performance-based commissions, reflecting the contribution of each team member.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of calls and chats from US customers, delivering timely and effective solutions. Provide accurate information and troubleshoot customer concerns with professionalism and empathy. Utilize CRM and other support software to efficiently track and resolve customer interactions. Maintain excellent customer service standards through clear and effective communication, emphasizing a strong American English accent.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have a minimum education level of Matric/O Levels, with a Bachelor’s degree considered an advantage. Excellent English communication skills are essential, particularly with a clear American accent. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, are required. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. While prior experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
The role offers a competitive base salary of Rs. 100,000, supplemented by commissions on sales, resulting in an average monthly take-home pay ranging from Rs. 130,000 to Rs. 150,000 depending on performance.
