Customer Success Specialist

Techsol IT is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join as International Sales & Customer Success Specialists based in Karachi. This role primarily involves supporting US-based clients through calls and chats, addressing their queries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a superior customer experience. The position operates on a night shift starting at 6:00 AM and offers a competitive base salary with additional commission opportunities, rewarding both effort and performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of calls and chats from customers located in the United States.
- Provide accurate information and troubleshoot various customer concerns effectively.
- Deliver professional and empathetic customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM and other customer support software efficiently during interactions.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills with a clear American accent.
- Minimum education requirement of Matric/O Levels; a Bachelor’s degree is considered an advantage.
- Candidates must be 18 years or older.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Prior experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred but not mandatory.
