5 Star Innovations Private Limited, based in Wapda Town, Lahore, is looking for a committed Customer Support Agent to join their team on a full-time basis during night shifts. This on-site position requires working hours from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time. The company focuses on providing innovative and customized solutions that help businesses improve productivity and achieve sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting U.S.-based customers via email and phone, with strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through email and phone, ensuring clear and courteous communication.
- Manage customer complaints patiently and empathetically, aiming for effective resolutions that uphold a positive brand reputation.
- Accurately record all customer interactions, issues, resolutions, sales activities, and service requests in the company’s system.
- Work closely with internal teams such as sales, technical support, and service departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Promote company products, sales offers, and service solutions by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options.
- Support sales efforts through upselling and cross-selling while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by conducting timely follow-ups and providing proactive service.
- Consistently achieve or exceed targets related to response time, service quality, and sales performance.

Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in customer support for U.S.-based clients, handling both sales and service inquiries via email and phone.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills, preferably with a neutral or U.S.-friendly accent.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software, ticketing systems, or call center tools is a plus.
- Willingness to work night shifts from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM PST.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
