Customer Support Exceutive

Cyber System Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join their team in Lahore. This full-time, onsite position requires working the night shift from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM. The role involves managing both inbound and outbound calls with international customers, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and professionally. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records and delivering exceptional customer service while effectively communicating with clients and internal teams. The salary range for this position is PKR 70,000 to 80,000.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers.
- Resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support.
- Graduate-level education.
- Excellent fluency in English with strong communication skills.
- Experience handling international calls is mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work comfortably during the night shift.
- Preference will be given to candidates based in Lahore.
