About the Role Propstar Technologies is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication and timely support.This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services and processes
- Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service-related issues in a timely manner
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and call outcomes
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction
- Escalate complex concerns to relevant departments when required
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service standards during all interactions
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets and service objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient customer support and issue resolution
- Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback for process improvements
- Proven experience in customer support, customer service, call center, or a similar role
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience handling inbound and outbound customer support campaigns
- Experience in BPO, call center, real estate, or service-based industries
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Strong conflict-resolution and customer engagement skills
