Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team in Johar Town, Lahore, for a night shift role. This full-time position involves making outbound calls to property owners in the USA to identify potential sellers and explain the benefits of cash offers for their properties. The working hours are Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays, from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time. The salary ranges from PKR 60,000 to 80,000 per month, plus commission, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to property owners in the USA to identify potential sellers.
- Clearly explain the advantages of receiving cash offers for their properties.
- Gather and document detailed information about property conditions, seller motivation, and timelines.
- Handle inquiries and objections professionally and confidently.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM systems with all client interactions.
- Work collaboratively with the team to enhance outreach strategies and meet campaign targets.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills with a clear accent.
- Confidence and professionalism when speaking with clients over the phone.
- Ability to work night shifts aligned with EST hours (7:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan Time).
- Minimum of one year experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to commute or relocate to Lahore prior to starting work.
- Availability and commitment to work night shifts; candidates unwilling to work nights will not be considered.
