Customer Support & Front Desk Person

We are looking for a fluent English-speaking Customer Support and Front Desk professional to join two rapidly growing wellness businesses specializing in chiropractic care and aesthetic treatments, including Botox, dermal fillers, and PRP. This role is essential in managing client communications, converting leads into appointments, and enhancing the overall customer experience within a dynamic health and wellness environment. The position is based onsite in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with existing and previous leads for both wellness businesses to nurture and develop potential client relationships.
- Send promotional emails to engage leads and inform them about available treatments and services.
- Make outbound calls aimed at converting leads into confirmed appointments.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries received through Meta platforms, phone calls, and email.
- Maintain consistent and timely communication with both potential and existing clients to ensure a positive and seamless customer experience.
- Submit a daily activity report summarizing calls made, appointments booked, and follow-ups completed to monitor performance and progress.

Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence and professionalism in handling calls and email correspondence.
- Proven ability to follow up effectively and set appointments with a customer-focused mindset.
- Comfortable managing multiple communication channels simultaneously.
- Reliable commuting or willingness to relocate to Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, prior to starting employment.
- Availability and willingness to work night shifts as per the specified schedule.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience in customer support, front desk operations, appointment setting, or call center roles is highly desirable.
- At least two years of experience in customer service or front desk positions is advantageous.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging between Rs50,000 and Rs80,000.
