We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative (CSR) with at least one year of experience in a customer-facing role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring overall satisfaction. This role requires interaction with customers through multiple channels such as phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective support to enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, identifying root causes, and offering appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer records by updating account information in the system.
- Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies consistently.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Escalate unresolved queries to the relevant department or supervisor when necessary.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods and tools.
- Handle returns, complaints, and product or service-related questions with empathy and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary and Work Details:
- Competitive salary based on experience.
- Full-time position suitable for candidates including freshers.
- Monthly pay ranges from Rs 30,000 to Rs 40,000.
- Work location is on-site.
