Customer Support Representative / Call Centre Agent

Vision Wave Communications is seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Support Representatives. This part-time, onsite role is based in Gulistan-e-Johar, Block 14, Karachi, with working hours from 7:00 PM to 1:30 AM, six days a week. The ideal candidates will be confident communicators responsible for making outbound calls, engaging with potential customers, generating qualified leads, and transferring interested prospects to senior team members for further assistance.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers in a professional manner.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with prospects to explain promotional offers and answer inquiries.
- Identify and qualify interested prospects for further follow-up.
- Maintain high call quality standards and consistently meet daily performance targets.
- Adhere to company guidelines and procedures throughout all interactions.

Required Qualifications
- Open to both fresh graduates and experienced candidates.
- Strong verbal communication skills with basic to intermediate proficiency in English.
- Confidence, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle outbound calls professionally.
- Punctuality, consistency, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Availability to work the evening shift onsite.
- Candidates must be located in Karachi and able to work in person.
- Ability to commute independently is preferred.

The monthly salary range for this position is Rs25,000 to Rs50,000, depending on experience and performance. Candidates should be prepared to work from 7:00 PM to 1:30 AM and must have their own transportation to ensure timely attendance.
