Customer Support Representative (CSR)

Real Beauty, a growing skincare and cosmetics brand based in Lahore, is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Support Representative (CSR) to join their team. This full-time role involves managing daily customer interactions and supporting e-commerce order operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to efficiently handle customer queries, confirm orders, and coordinate order fulfillment. The position is based at Naher Kinare Restaurant, Naya Pull, Main Canal Road, Tajpura, Lahore, and requires in-person attendance.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, Facebook, Instagram, and other communication channels.
- Call customers to confirm online orders and verify delivery details.
- Provide guidance on skincare products, including their benefits, usage, and suitable selections.
- Assist with product-related questions and offer professional recommendations.
- Manage order processing and coordinate with the packing and dispatch teams.
- Follow up on pending, cancelled, returned, and delayed orders to ensure resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order statuses.
- Handle customer complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with courier companies to resolve delivery issues.
- Promote a positive customer experience to encourage repeat purchases.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum Intermediate qualification; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Customer Support, CSR, E-Commerce, or Order Management roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good command of Urdu and basic English.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Facebook, Instagram, and online order management platforms.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Excel and data entry.
- Ability to manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously.
- Knowledge of skincare and cosmetic products is an advantage.
- Responsible, punctual, organized, and target-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with experience in Shopify, Daraz, e-commerce operations, cash-on-delivery (COD) order confirmation, and courier coordination will be preferred. Real Beauty offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 70,000 per month, depending on experience.
