Customer Support Representative (Female) Night Shift

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team supporting a US-based client. This role requires excellent English communication skills and is ideal for fresh female candidates. The position is onsite with two shifts available: night shift (9 pm to 6 am) and evening shift. The job location is Gulistan-e-Johar Block 12, and candidates must reside in Gulistan-e-Johar Mosamyat or Gulshan-e-Iqbal areas. Please note that this is not a hybrid or work-from-home opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to incoming calls related to appointments, inquiries, and support services for clinics.
- Provide timely and accurate information to clients while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure a positive experience through effective communication.

Required Qualifications
- Fluent English communication skills are essential.
- Educational background: O/A Levels, Intermediate, Graduation, or Undergraduate.
- Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Residency limited to Gulistan-e-Johar Mosamyat and Gulshan-e-Iqbal only.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Salary range: PKR 55,000 to 65,000 per month.
