Customer Support Representative

Roshan Studio is a creative production company specializing in video content tailored for businesses and social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Our team comprises skilled video editors, filmmakers, and designers dedicated to delivering visually compelling content. We are currently seeking a proactive individual to manage client communications across multiple freelancing platforms and assist our Project Manager in coordinating projects and maintaining smooth client interactions. This role is based onsite at G-11 Markaz, Islamabad.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond promptly to client messages and inquiries on platforms including Fiverr, Upwork, and LinkedIn.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client questions, updates, and concerns, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Assist the Project Manager with daily project coordination tasks, helping to keep timelines and deliverables on track.
- Maintain organized records of ongoing conversations, follow-ups, and client deliverables across multiple accounts.
- Identify and escalate issues or potential challenges early, contributing to effective resolution and client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience working on freelancing platforms such as Fiverr or Upwork, or within an agency that operates on a similar freelance-platform model, is preferred.
- Strong written communication skills that are clear, professional, and concise.
- Ability to multitask efficiently, managing several client accounts and conversations simultaneously.
- Basic experience in customer support or project coordination is advantageous.
