Customer Support Representative

Careception is seeking four experienced Customer Support Representatives to join our expanding team and provide exceptional service to our US-based clients. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence in client interactions, and the ability to manage group sessions effectively. Candidates will work on-site during night shifts in a professional and supportive environment located in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and customers through spoken and written English.
- Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions.
- Host and guide group sessions to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Utilize camera and screen sharing tools to assist clients remotely.
- Maintain a patient and professional demeanor while addressing client needs.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work environment.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer support or client communication roles.
- Strong verbal communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Confidence in engaging with clients and managing group interactions.
- Comfortable using video and screen sharing technology.
- Professional attitude with patience and a willingness to learn.
