Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a dedicated remote specialist to provide high-level support to our GCC client base within the unified network of Transcorp. This role is essential in ensuring seamless client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication throughout the logistics and supply chain lifecycle. The successful candidate will serve as a vital link between clients and internal teams, helping to maintain smooth operations and timely resolution of any issues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients across the GCC region, managing inquiries through phone, email, and chat channels.
- Provide real-time shipment updates and collaborate closely with operations teams to address and resolve any delays or logistics challenges.
- Maintain accurate and current client records and interaction logs within the company’s CRM system to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Work in partnership with UAE-based management and local operations teams to guarantee consistent and high-quality service delivery.
- Proactively identify potential disruptions in service and implement timely solutions to uphold high levels of client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in customer service roles.
- Proven ability to handle high-volume client inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Comfortable using CRM software, shipment tracking tools, and remote communication platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
- Familiarity with the GCC market and logistics operations within the region is highly preferred.
