Customer Support Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle for US-based roles, ensuring timely and effective placements.
- Engage and communicate with executive-level candidates across the United States.
- Source, screen, and evaluate high-caliber candidates to meet client requirements.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines to ensure a steady flow of potential hires.
- Market and promote candidates to Fortune 500 clients, enhancing their visibility and opportunities.
- Conduct structured interviews through calls, emails, and virtual platforms to assess candidate suitability.
- Achieve weekly hiring targets by leveraging strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and successful candidate placements.

Required Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates or candidates with experience in CSR or call center roles are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent command of English communication, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- A competitive mindset coupled with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Educational background including O and A Levels is preferred.
- Availability and readiness to work night shifts (6 PM to 3 AM).
