We’re Hiring: Customer Support Representative
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries through calls, emails, and other support channels
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions
- Handle and resolve customer issues in a professional manner
- Follow up on pending queries and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support requests
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when required
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities
- Professional and customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to remain calm and patient while handling customer concerns
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in customer support, call center, or BPO is a plus
