CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

PetsOne.pk, a leading online retailer specializing in pet supplies with multiple branches and pet clinics across Lahore, is looking to hire Customer Support Agents to strengthen their growing team. This full-time position is based in Bankers Town, Lahore, conveniently located near Ring Road and DHA Phase 5. The role requires in-person attendance and involves providing exceptional customer service while supporting the daily operations of the store, warehouse, and delivery departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls professionally and courteously.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and orders received via WhatsApp.
- Offer accurate information regarding products, pricing, and availability to customers.
- Follow up on customer orders to ensure satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Collaborate effectively with store, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure smooth operational flow.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers in a polite and professional manner.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with WhatsApp as a business communication tool.
- A friendly and courteous attitude toward customers at all times.
- Previous experience in customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
