Customer Support Representative

Maxim Global is looking for motivated and energetic Cold Callers to join our growing sales team based in DHA Phase 1, Lahore. This full-time, on-site role requires working the evening shift from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective international clients, effectively presenting our services, and generating high-quality leads. Strong English communication skills, prior experience in telemarketing or sales, and a passion for meeting targets with uncapped commission potential are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential business prospects to generate qualified leads.
- Confidently pitch company products and services while identifying client pain points.
- Build initial rapport, handle objections effectively, and follow up with leads to maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date call logs and lead status within the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with team leaders to consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Cold Caller, Telemarketer, or Inside Sales Representative. Experience with international campaigns, especially targeting US or UK markets, is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal English communication skills, including active listening and strong persuasion abilities.
- Confident, resilient, and highly target-driven with strong negotiation skills.
- Availability to work full-time on-site during the specified evening shift in Lahore.
