Customer Support Representative

Unified Service Group is looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their team in Rawalpindi. This role focuses on managing customer interactions related to shipment updates and resolving any concerns efficiently. The position requires working hours from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Friday. Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with internal teams are essential to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Provide timely updates on shipments and address customer concerns promptly. Respond professionally to customer inquiries through phone and email channels. Collaborate closely with Operations and Sales departments to resolve any issues that arise. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation. Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure high standards of customer service are met. Develop and nurture strong, positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates should have 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or logistics-related roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. A basic understanding of logistics services is required to effectively support customers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is necessary for maintaining records and communication.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs80,000 to Rs100,000. Performance-based incentives and annual bonuses are part of the compensation package. Employees will be covered under the Employee Old-Age Benefits Institution (EOBI). The workweek includes weekends off, specifically Saturday and Sunday. This is an in-person position based at the Rawalpindi office.
