Customer Support Representative (Taxi/Limo dispatcher experience)

Grey Solutions is seeking motivated individuals to join our team at our office located in DHA Rahbar Phase 1 near Valencia, Lahore. We provide dispatch and customer support services for limousine, black car, and chauffeur companies across the United States. Our team manages bookings, driver coordination, and customer communications to ensure premium transportation services operate smoothly in major cities such as Los Angeles, New York, Boston, and Miami. We have three open positions available for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor booking platforms and accept incoming ride requests in real time.
- Create and manage reservations using professional dispatch software.
- Plan and assign rides to chauffeurs, optimizing schedules and routes for efficiency.
- Track drivers, flights, and pickups live, proactively resolving issues before clients are affected.
- Communicate with customers via phone, text, and email to provide quotes, manage bookings, handle changes, and offer support.
- Maintain clear and concise shift handovers to keep the team informed.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent.
- Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable using computers and quick to learn new software applications.
- Reliable and punctual, with availability for rotating shifts including nights.
- Strong attention to detail, as accuracy in times and addresses is critical in dispatch operations.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience in taxi, limousine, black car, or ride dispatch is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with dispatch software similar to those used in the transportation industry.
- Previous experience working in a US call center or customer support role is a plus.
