Customer Support & Sales Executive (WhatsApp / Social Media)

Linguists & Visacons is looking for a motivated female Customer Support & Sales Executive to join our team on-site. This role focuses on managing digital communications through WhatsApp and social media platforms to engage prospective students and drive enrollments for our study abroad and language preparation consultancy. The ideal candidate will be energetic, customer-focused, and skilled at converting inquiries into confirmed registrations while maintaining excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Convert inbound leads from WhatsApp and social media channels into registered students.
- Respond promptly to daily inquiries across messaging platforms and social media.
- Achieve and surpass weekly and monthly enrollment targets consistently.
- Build trust with prospective students by providing personalized study-abroad guidance and solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and implement structured follow-up processes to maximize conversions.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, telesales, or digital business development roles.
- Strong proficiency in using digital messaging platforms and understanding of customer service best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with prospective students.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
