Customer Support & Sales Representatives

We are seeking motivated Customer Support and Sales Representatives to join our US Sales Campaign team based in Bahria Town, Lahore. This is an on-site position with working hours from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Monday through Saturday. The role offers a basic monthly salary of PKR 50,000, along with performance-based incentives and sales commissions. Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with customers based in the United States.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English, using a natural American accent.
- Identify customer needs and convert leads into successful sales.
- Deliver exceptional customer support and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve sales targets consistently and keep accurate records of customer interactions.

Required Qualifications
- Fluent spoken English with a clear American accent is essential.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.
- Confidence in handling conversations with US-based clients.
- Willingness to work night shifts and meet performance goals.
- Previous experience in call centers or sales is preferred but not mandatory; fresh candidates with excellent English skills are encouraged to apply.
