Customer Support & Sales Representatives

We are seeking motivated Customer Support and Sales Representatives to join our US Sales Campaign team based in Bahria Town, Lahore. The role requires working on-site with a night shift schedule from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Monday through Saturday. Candidates will receive a basic monthly salary of PKR 50,000, along with performance-based incentives and sales commissions, offering potential for additional earnings.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with customers based in the United States.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English, using a natural American accent.
- Identify customer needs and effectively convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional customer support and build strong, lasting customer relationships.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records.

Required Qualifications
- Fluency in spoken English with a clear American accent is essential.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.
- Confidence and professionalism when interacting with US-based clients.
- Willingness to work night shifts and consistently achieve performance goals.
