Customer Support & Sales Specialist with Good British Accent (International Campiagn)

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Sales & Support Executive to join our team in Islamabad (I-8). The successful candidate will have 3 to 5 years of proven experience in customer sales and support, with strong communication skills in English, preferably with a British accent. This role involves managing client relationships, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and contribute to business growth. The position is full-time and based in a hybrid remote setup within Islamabad.

Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle inbound and outbound customer interactions
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Meet and exceed sales targets to support revenue growth
- Provide timely and effective customer support via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and courteously
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Build and sustain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience

Required Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in customer sales and support roles, preferably in call center or customer support environments
- Fluent spoken and written English, with a good British accent (candidates without this accent are advised not to apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet sales targets
- Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
