Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and follow-ups to support tracking and reporting.
- Contribute to improving lead conversion rates through consistent and effective communication.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent spoken English with a natural UK-style accent is essential to communicate effectively with UK clients.
- Must have a working UK phone number (+44), as this is a critical requirement for the role.
