Customer Support Specialist (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide customers with accurate information, ensuring clarity and understanding.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in English are essential.
- Ability to work night shifts from 6 PM to 3 AM.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday.
