Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking Customer Support Specialists to join an established UK-based international campaign located on Murree Road, near the Metro Station in Rawalpindi. This role involves providing high-quality support to UK customers through inbound calls, ensuring clear and professional communication. The position requires working five days a week and adhering to UK business hours. Candidates with strong English communication skills, a clear accent, and prior experience in international or UK campaigns will find excellent growth opportunities in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from UK customers with professionalism and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
- Educational background ranging from Matriculation to Bachelor’s degree; flexibility is allowed for candidates demonstrating strong English communication skills and a clear accent.
- Excellent English speaking and listening skills, with a clear and professional accent, are essential.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills to ensure positive customer interactions.
- Willingness to work according to UK business hours to align with campaign requirements.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:

- Basic salary starts at PKR 65,000 with performance bonuses up to PKR 40,000, offering a total earning potential of up to PKR 110,000 per month.
