Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring and Incident Detection: Identify security alerts by reviewing various log sources to detect unauthorized access, malware signatures, and suspicious network activity.
- Incident Handling and Analysis: Assist in triaging security incidents promptly, documenting all findings accurately within the incident management system to ensure proper tracking and resolution.
- Threat Assessment and Analytics: Support vulnerability assessment efforts by gathering and analyzing basic security data, contributing to the overall cybersecurity posture of the organization.

Required Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) consulting, with an understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.
- Ability to analyze security alerts and logs to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Basic skills in incident management and documentation.
- Familiarity with vulnerability assessment processes and security data collection.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cybersecurity teams and stakeholders.
