Key Responsibilities

- Monitoring and Incident Detection: Manage escalated alerts and prevent potential intrusions originating from third-party agents. Analyze log correlations to ensure compliance with established security standards.

- Incident Handling and Analysis: Triage security incidents efficiently, handle escalated cases, assist in root cause analysis, and prepare detailed reports that meet compliance requirements.

- Threat Assessment and Analytics: Conduct vulnerability scans, monitor threat intelligence feeds, and recommend preventive measures to minimize security exposure.

- Stakeholder Coordination and Audit Assistance: Collaborate with internal teams to address security issues, maintain risk registers, and provide support during compliance audits.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in a relevant security operations or incident response role.

- Hands-on expertise with Netskope Web Gateway or similar cloud security platforms.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate and resolve complex security incidents.

- Familiarity with vulnerability scanning tools and threat intelligence processes.

- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
