Key Responsibilities

Monitoring and Incident Detection: Analyze attack trends and correlate logs across multiple systems to identify advanced threats. Continuously enhance monitoring processes and implement improvements to accelerate threat detection, ensuring compliance with security frameworks and regulatory standards.

Incident Handling and Analysis: Conduct thorough root cause analysis of security incidents. Develop and execute incident response plans and disaster recovery measures aimed at minimizing business disruption and maintaining operational resilience.

Threat Assessment and Analytics: Perform forensic analysis using advanced analytics tools to assess threats accurately. Implement mitigation strategies that align with compliance requirements and strengthen the organization’s security posture.

Stakeholder Coordination and Audit Assistance: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and auditors to ensure adherence to security frameworks. Maintain accurate audit documentation and implement processes that support audit readiness and continuous compliance.

Training and Awareness: Support the creation and delivery of cybersecurity awareness programs, including guidance on recognizing and handling phishing attempts and malicious emails, to foster a security-conscious culture within the organization.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience of 5 to 8 years in cybersecurity roles focusing on incident detection, response, and threat analysis.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Exchange Online Protection (EOP) and related security technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex attack patterns and develop effective incident response and disaster recovery plans.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and security compliance standards.
- Skilled in forensic analysis and the use of advanced analytics tools for threat assessment.
- Experience working collaboratively with internal teams, external vendors, and auditors to ensure security compliance.
- Ability to develop and deliver cybersecurity training and awareness sessions.
