Cyber Security Trainer

Peak Solutions is looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Cyber Security Trainer to provide practical, industry-focused training in cyber security. The successful candidate will possess strong technical skills and the ability to effectively teach cyber security concepts, tools, and real-world security practices to students. This role requires delivering hands-on training that prepares learners for challenges in the cyber security field.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver both theoretical and practical cyber security training sessions.
- Teach topics including network security, ethical hacking, vulnerability assessment, and penetration testing.
- Conduct hands-on training using relevant industry cyber security tools.
- Develop comprehensive course materials, assignments, and practical lab exercises.
- Assess student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback to support learning.
- Stay current with emerging cyber security threats, tools, and industry trends to ensure training content remains up to date.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (BSCS) or Information Technology (BSIT) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Alternatively, a Master’s degree in Computer Science (MSCS) or Information Technology (MSIT) with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of cyber security principles, network security, and ethical hacking methodologies.
- Proven hands-on experience with cyber security tools and security assessment techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
- Ability to deliver practical training and guide students through hands-on projects effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs75,000.
